Bedini Generator & Parts

Does the Bedini Kit come with everything?

No. The Bedini Generator doesn’t come with batteries or connecting wires for the batteries. They may be purchased separately in the Store.

Do I have to be an expert with circuit boards or electrical to assemble it?

No expertise or electrical experience is needed. Most of the assembly is done. already, and the kits only require very basic assembly.

What is a Bedini Generator?

It’s similar to other generators in that it produces power which can be used to charge a battery. The charged battery can then be connected to an inverter which can power appliances in a home or cabin. The main difference with a Bedini generator is that it doesn’t require traditional fuel or a motor to run it. The generator spins on it’s own once started. Another advantage is that it doesn’t draw as much charge from the input battery as the battery being charged (due to the conversion of electrical power to chemical power). These features make it useful in an off grid scenario.

What if it doesn’t work?

The generators are tested before being sent out. If a generator doesn’t work when it arrives, then, if it can’t be resolved with tech support, it can be returned for a new one.

Can it desulfate a battery?

Yes, it’s good for desolating battery. Dead batteries can often be revived about 70% of the time.

Can I get the parts separately and build a Bedini Generator?

Yes.
